Our Process

We teach the essential skills needed to kickstart your career as a product manager. In just 5 weeks of intensive training, you'll learn to think and work like a product manager, from ideation to product launch.

You progress from mastering product management basics to launching successful products, learning to define strategies, create roadmaps, and manage development.

And finally, you’ll learn to work as a team, collaborating with peers to define, develop, and refine a product. Track your product development process using agile frameworks and project management tools.
UNIT 1
Project Management Foundations
Unit 1 introduces students to the core principles and practices of project management. It covers the fundamental roles and responsibilities of a project manager and highlights the importance of effective planning, communication, and execution in delivering successful projects. Students will explore the project lifecycle—from initiation and planning to execution and closure—while gaining insight into key methodologies like Waterfall and Agile. This unit emphasizes the value of teamwork, time management, stakeholder coordination, and aligning project outcomes with business goals. Through real-world examples and discussions, students begin developing the mindset and skills essential for leading and managing projects across various industries.

UNIT 2
Integration & Scope Management
Students will dive into the foundational pillars of project integration and scope management. They will learn how to develop a cohesive project plan by integrating various elements of a project, from objectives and deliverables to timelines and stakeholder expectations. The unit emphasizes the importance of defining what is within the project scope and, just as importantly, what is not. Students will explore tools and techniques for writing effective project charters, scope statements, and work breakdown structures (WBS), while also learning how to manage scope creep and change control.

Planning & Execution Essentials
This unit introduces students to the core activities that transform project goals into actionable plans and successful outcomes. Students will learn how to develop detailed project plans that cover timelines, task dependencies, resource allocation, and risk identification. The unit emphasizes the importance of translating strategic objectives into clear, measurable deliverables and using execution frameworks to ensure progress stays on track. Students will also explore how to monitor performance, manage updates, and adjust workflows during execution.

Team & Resource Coordination

Risk, Procurement & Stakeholder Management
This unit equips students with the skills to anticipate challenges, manage third-party relationships, and maintain strong stakeholder engagement. Students will explore risk identification, assessment, and mitigation techniques, while learning how to build contingency plans to keep projects on track. The unit also introduces procurement planning, vendor selection, and contract management essentials, highlighting how to align external partners with project goals. Additionally, students will develop strategies to identify stakeholders, manage their expectations, and communicate project progress effectively.

UNIT 6
Agile Project Management
In this unit, students will explore the core principles and frameworks that define agile project management. They’ll learn how to manage projects in fast-paced environments by embracing flexibility, iterative delivery, and continuous feedback. The unit covers agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban, along with the roles of product owners, scrum masters, and development teams. Students will gain practical knowledge on sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.

Capstone Project – Managing a Project from Initiation to Closure
In the final unit, students will apply everything they’ve learned by managing a real-world project from initiation through planning, execution, and closure. They will define project goals, develop a comprehensive plan, coordinate resources, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget. This hands-on experience will allow students to demonstrate their ability to lead projects effectively, collaborate with teams, and navigate real project challenges—preparing them to confidently manage projects in any professional setting.
